Shipping policy

As of 2/22/2026, all online orders are exclusively handled via our Etsy Shop. The shipping and handling policy is listed on Etsy.

Processing time is the time it takes for us to make your item and have it ready to ship. Our processing time is typically 4-7 business days. Processing time may vary during holidays. Rush processing is available for an additional charge.    

Shipping is estimated at checkout, depending on the shipping method you choose. Delivery day is not guaranteed. 

Due to its efficiency, our preferred shipping method is UPS. Even if you select USPS at checkout, if UPS is working more efficiently, we may upgrade your shipping, at our expense. Please let us know if UPS is not an acceptable option for you.

If you need your item at any specific day, please message us before placing the order, to check if it is doable.

We currently ship to US, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia.
