Refund policy
Damages and issues - please report immediately (applicable for items purchased directly from KindIdeasHomeandGift.com)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items need to be reported within 3 days after receiving it.
Returns (applicable for items purchased directly from KindIdeasHomeandGift.com)
The rule of thumb for the shop is "we don't accept returns". 99% of the items sold are personalized, for that reason I can't accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order, PLEASE contact me at info@kindideashomeandgift.com and I will do my best to assist.
To be eligible for a return, you need to submit a request and wait for approval. If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization code. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If approved, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kindideashomeandgift@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to submit a partial refund, with a 15% return fee.

European Union 14 day cooling off period (applicable for items purchased directly from KindIdeasHomeandGift.com)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
