These boards arrive sealed and ready to be used. The sealing of it makes the board food-safe and it easy to clean, however, if laying greasy or sticky food, we recommend layering the board with parchment paper, for easier clean up.
Easy care: we recommend hand washing and air drying. And if you treat your board with mineral oil as needed this board can become a family heirloom.
