What is your return / refund policy?

We have a conditional 10-day return policy. We cannot accept return on gift cards, sale items or custom products.

What type of wood is used for the boards?

We use a variety of wood types, depending on the board style and your choices. Some boards are made of walnut, ambrosia, cherry, sapele, birch, pine, and many other variations. If you specify the board you're looking for, we will let you know the wood type.

How to clean charcuterie boards and serving trays?

We recommend the use o parchment paper for the boards if serving greasy or colored food. Parchment paper facilitates the cleaning and avoids stains.

Remove all food and wipe the board clean. Place a dot of soap on a dish cloth or paper towel and wipe it down. Remove any remaining soap with a clean a lightly wet dish cloth or paper. Lightly rinse if needed. Towel dry immediately. Let it air dry for several hours before storing it.

Never soak the board or let the board sit in water. Don't put your board in the dishwasher.

How to clean cutting boards?

Wash your cutting board by hand, using liquid dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge. Wipe the cutting board dry and let it finish air drying.

How to maintain wooden boards - charcuterie boards, cutting boards, serving trays?

To keep your board looking and feeling new, and prevent warping, you need to lubricate your board often. After 5-6 uses (or as needed) apply a generous amount of food-safe mineral oil to the entire board and let it soak in.

This will help the board stay moisture resistant, and avoid drying out and warping.
